A. Simply fill out the form on this page and tell me about your house for sale. This information will be sent to me for review and I will call you on the phone. During this call they will make arrangements with you to pop over to take a look at your house.

Q. Can you pay me the market value of my house?
A. I make offers at a discount from the market price. The amount that I am able to offer you depends on the state of your property. Some properties require significant repairs before they can be sold, so I need to understand what the value of the house is after repairs are made at my expense. I can, however, close very quickly, pay cash and help avoid Realtor® fees.

Q. So, just what kind of an offer can I expect?
A. I have to get a good idea of what condition your house is in and what repairs, major and minor, need to be done in order to sell your house. Once I have figured out the cost of preparing the house for sale to a new buyer I look at what houses have sold for recently in your neighborhood. Since this is a business, I must pay less than the market value of the house. By doing this I can sell the property for below current market value to an interested first-time homebuyer.

A. Yes, I love condos or townhomes within the Greater Toronto Area and will also consider Single Family homes within Scarborough, North York, Etobicoke, Richmond Hill, Vaughn, Ajax, Pickering, Mississauga and Oakville.
